Return Policy

We always believes in satisfying our customer but in case you are unsatisfied with a product received from us, please contact us at Care@sascreations.in, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest.

Procedure

  • 1.You can mail us on care@sascreations.in or can contact us on 01145380555/8700252520(Mon-sat 11am to 6pm)
  • 2. You have to inform us the same within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product.
  • 3. Upon investigating your complaint, if SAS Creations authorizes the return, the product should be returned to us within 7 business days in the original condition.
  • 4.Please Note :Customer have to courier back product to our warehouse :'address': given by representative and Rs100 will be deduct as processing fee.
  • 5. Customer Support executive will send you the return address via Email or Message

PREPARING THE PACKAGE:

  • We don’t have pick up service, hence product should be sent to the address that will be provided by our support team.
  • Ensure all the tags, warranty cards, packaging material etc are intact.
  • Pack the product in a way to ensure that the reverse transit will not damage the product.
  • The package needs to be tracked by you, and delivery to warehouse ensured.
  • We might ask you to share the POD, in case of the package not being traceable, to help locate the package.
  • Kindly bear in mind that the next steps towards exchange or refund can happen only after the package is received at the warehouse.
  • To ensure that we share the same information, do send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt as soon as the package is couriered.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • If the product is sent back to us without our consent, return/exchange will not be accepted.
  • For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return of panties, shape-wear panties, brassieres, and an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties or brassiere.
  • Under no circumstances will watches or pairs of sunglasses be accepted for returns, unless received defective by the customer at the time of accepting the product.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of you receiving the product.
  • We will process a full/partial refund only if there is a genuine fault from our side. (We will request to email us the images of the product for reviewing).
  • Since we offer free shipping all over India, the shipping cost will be deducted for a refund.
  • The shipping cost for Cash on Delivery will not be refunded to the customer.
  • Any extra shipping costs of returning the product back to us will be borne entirely by the customer.
  • If on receipt of the package, you notice that the packing is damaged / tampered, verify the product immediately, before accepting it.
  • If there is a genuine defect/variation in the returned product, the defective item will be replaced with the same product as early as possible, at our own cost. If the originally ordered product is not available, you will be requested to select an alternate product.
  • In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason we are unable to deliver certain products, you will be asked to select another item/take a store credit/the amount will be refunded for that particular product.
  • We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
